Training and conference centre i-View Warsaw is placed in the very centre of Warsaw in a wonderfully renovated tenement of countess Starzyńska that was built in 1857. This unique building, which has survived the war, has been tastefully renovated with the use of the elements of modern design and according to the newest architectonic ideas. All this makes it one of the most interesting historical tenements in the centre of Warsaw. Modern reception area, glass elevator and high, even up to 4 meters, ceilings give this building a unique character.
Moreover, the localization on Mazowiecka Street, just a few steps from Świętokrzyska Street and Świętokrzyska metro station, makes our conference and training centre very attractive for conference participants’ meetings. We are also close to the main railway station and a short drive from the Warsaw airport.
CENTRE OF WARSAW
Mazowiecka Street is one of the best known streets in Warsaw. It was built in 1622, next to the city walls and even today has the characteristic, curved shape. In 1696, on the corner of Mazowiecka and Świętokrzyska Streets, there was a palace built. It became the property of the mazovian voivode (province governor) Antoni Rudziński, from whom the name of the street originates. In the middle of the 19th century Mazowiecka Street began to develop very quickly and has reached Kredytowa Street. It was the time when the most wealthy tenements were built on the Mazowiecka Street – the tenement number 9 (the property of countess Starzyńska and nowadays the place where I-View Warsaw conference and training centre is located) among them. At that time many banks and expensive shops were placed there and it made Mazowiecka Street a small pearl in the centre of Warsaw, one of the most desired localizations.
Currently, Mazowiecka Street is first and foremost an attractive localization in the centre of Warsaw; you can can find great restaurants, bars and clubs there. On the first floor of our tenement there is an exciting restaurant named Tapas Czupito, a trendy bar named Funky Jim, and just 20 meters from the building there is a famous Paparazzi. Being close to the Świętokrzyska metro station makes it easy to get to us.
